Glas-Tech-I fibers have a net positive electro kinetic charge aiding the filtration process. Charged contaminants, such as proteins and colloids, are retained by the media. Elements are virtually free of media migration as a result of their unique construction. The small fiber diameter and electrokinetic charge offer particle retention well into the sub-micronic range. Glas-Tech-I elements will not unload as the differential pressure rises, a significant advantage over competitive cartridges.
